Ac and no battery my acer aspire 4720z boots fine but when i put the battery in it dies after three seconds and the screen flashes bright to dim a couple times before it shuts off.

Go to device manager expand batteries right click microsoft acpi compliant control method battery select properties and uninstall the driver in driver tab reboot and let windows install the driver then fully charge the battery before start using it let it charge for a longer period. Replaced the power board and does the same thing.
